Alle relevanten Programm-Dokumente sind auf einem Sharepoint in einem definierten Verzeichnis abzulegen. Das Steering-Komitee und alle Projektleiter erhalten Zugriff auf dieses Verzeichnis.

All relevant program documents are to be stored on a SharePoint in a defined directory. The Steering Committee and all project managers have access to this directory.

Grundsätzlich sind Protokolle vom Steering-Komitee-Routine (SC-Routine) und der Projekleiterroutine (PL-Routine) zu erstellen. Diese sind bis spätestens 2 Arbeitstage nach jeder Besprechung anzufertigen. Zum Verteilen von Protokollen wird die zentrale Projektablage auf dem CSL Server genutzt.

Bei Beschaffungen mit einem Bestellwert ab 500 T€ sind die Beschaffungsdokumente in einer Vergabemappe gemäß beiliegendem Template zusammenzustellen und dem Steering-Komitee rechtzeitig anhand der Präsentation folgender Unterlagen aus der Vergabemappe:

Bei Beschaffungen mit einem Bestellwert ab 500 T€ sind die Beschaffungsdokumente in einer Vergabemappe gemäß beiliegendem Template zusammenzustellen. Sie sind dem Steering-Komitee rechtzeitig anhand der Präsentation folgender Unterlagen aus der Vergabemappe zu übergeben:
