Bett / Tisch Die Bett-/Tischgruppe ist eine sehr steife, wabenförmige Gusskonstruktion und ist ausgestattet mit zwei linearen Kompaktführungen mit geringen Reibungswerten. Der Tisch wird angetrieben durch zwei Antriebsritzel und Zahnstange sowie zwei Siemens AC-Servo-Motore mit Getriebe. Die CNC-Antriebssteuerung garantiert eine spielfreie Bearbeitung und Positionierung. Die exakte Position der X-Achse wird durch ein absolutes Direktmesssystem realisiert. Die Führungen des Bettes sind durch Stahlteleskopabdeckungen geschützt. Das Bett ist stabil mit dem Fundament durch ausreichend dimensionierte Fixatoren verbunden.

 The bed / table group is a very stiff, honeycomb-shaped cast iron construction and is equipped with two linear compact guides with low friction values. This design principle ensures a high stability of leadership for the machining of heavy workpieces.
 
 The table is driven by two pinion and rack, as well as two Siemens AC servo motors with gearbox. The CNC operator control unit guarantees backlash-free editing and positioning.
 
 The exact position of the x axis is realized by an absolute direct measurement system.
 
 The guides of the bed are protected by steel telescopic covers. The bed is connected to the Foundation by sufficiently dimensioned Fixators stable.
