Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine refraktive Messung am Auge durchgefüht wird, wobei für das Auge typische optische Korrekturdaten gewonnen werden und die refraktive Messung mit aufsitzender Kontaktlinse durchgeführt wird, und dass ein, mittels Laserstrahl unterstütztes Materialabtrageverfahren an der unmittelbar auf dem Auge aufsitzenden Kontaktlinse angewendet wird, durch das die zu bearbeitende Oberfläche mittels Laser-unterstützter Materialabtragung eine Oberflächenform annimmt, durch die eine Flächenbrechkraft in der Kontaktlinse gewonnen wird, die durch die optischen Korrekturdaten bestimmt wird.
