Mobilitätsverwaltungssystem in einem Personenkommunikationssystem, das umfaßt: eine erste Heimatdatenbank/-datei (7, 37) zum Verwalten von Standort-Registrierungsinformation eines Teilnehmers und Personen-Information des Teilnehmers, um die Verbindung eines eingehenden Anrufes zu kontrollieren, indem der Standort des Teilnehmers entsprechend der Standort-Registrierungsinformation aufgespürt wird; eine Mehrzahl Kommunikationsnetzwerke (4-6; 34-36) zum Empfangen einer Standortregistrierung-Aktualisierungsanforderung von einer Teilnehmeranschlüßeinheit (1-3, 10, 11; 31-33, 40, 41) und zum Senden der Standortregistrierung-Aktualisierungsanforderung an die erste Heimatdatenbank (7; 37), wobei die Standortregistrierung-Aktualisierungsanforderung einer Veränderung der Standort-Registrierungsinformation aufgrund der Einschaltung der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit, die von dem Teilnehmer verwendet wird, eines Bewegens der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit oder der Verwendung einer anderen Anschlußeinheit durch den Teilnehmer entspricht, wobei die Standortregistrierung-Aktualisierungsanforderung umfaßt: (a) Standort-registrierte Netz-/Anlageninformation umfassend Standort-registrierte Kommunikationsnetzinformation, die entweder der Mehrzahl der Kommunikationsnetze, bei denen der Teilnehmeranschluß registriert ist, oder Anschlußartinformation der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit entspricht, (b) Adresseninformation des Eingangsanrufs umfassend die Telefonnummer, die zur Bereitstellung eines Dienstes an die Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit in einem relevanten lokalen Netz verwendet wird; (c) Auftragbestimmungsinformation zum Bestimmen der Priorität von Referenzinformation, auf die sich die erste Heimatdatenbank bezieht, um den Standort der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit aufzuspüren; und (d) Aufspürsteuerinformation zum Bestimmen eines Aufspürverfahrens, das, basierend auf der Standort-registrierten Netz-/Anlageninformation und der Adresseninformation des Eingangsanrufs, durchgeführt wird; wobei die erste Heimatdatenbank (7; 37) umfaßt: einen Mobilitätsverwaltungsabschnitt (17) zum Verwalten einer Mehrzahl Aufspürinformationsblöcke und von Zeitinformation als Mobilitätsverwaltungsinformation zum Aktualisieren von Prioritätsdaten und interner Information jedes der Aufspürinformationsblöcke, basierend auf der Standort-registrierten Netz-/Anlageinformation, der Eingangsanruf-Adresseninformation, der Auftragsbestimmungsinformation und der Aufspürsteuerinformation, die in der empfangenen Standortregistrierung-Aktualisierungsanforderung enthalten sind, zum Aktualisieren der Mobilitätsverwaltungsinformation bei Empfang der Mobilitätsverwaltungsinformation-Änderungsanforderung, umfassend Information zum Ändern der Mobilitätsverwaltungsinformation, die entsprechend dem (Zeit-)Plan des Teilnehmers erzeugt wird, wobei die Mobilitätsverwaltungsinformation-Änderungsanforderung von dem Teilnehmer eingegeben und von der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit durch die Kommunikationsnetze verschickt wird, und zum Kontrollieren des Eingangsanrufs durch Aufspüren des Standorts der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit entsprechend der Information der Aufspürinformationsblöcke bei Auftreten eines Anrufes an den Teilnehmer, wobei jeder der Aufspürinformationsblöcke die Standort-registrierte Netz-/Anlageninformation, die Eingangsanrufadresseninformation, die Auftragsbestimmungsinformation, auf die Bezug genommen wird, wenn der Standort der Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit aufgespürt wird, und die Aufspürsteuerinformation für jede Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit sowie die Zeitinformation entsprechend der Zeitzone, in der der Teilnehmer die Teilnehmeranschlußeinheit verwendet, umfaßt; und einen Ausgangsanruf-Kontrollabschnitt (18) zum Kontrollieren der Verbindung eines eingehenden Anrufs entsprechend der Mobilitätsverwaltungsinformation.

A mobility management system in a personal communication system which comprises: a first home database (7; 37) for managing location registration information of a subscriber and said subscriber's personal information so as to control the connection of a call in by tracking the location of said subscriber corresponding to said location registration information; a plurality of communication networks (4-6; 34-36) for receiving a location registration update request from a subscriber terminal unit (1-3, 10, 11 ; 31-33, 40, 41) and sending said location registration update request to said first home database (7; 37), wherein said location registration update request corresponds to a change of said location registration information due to power-on of said subscriber terminal unit used by said subscriber, traveling of said subscriber terminal unit, or the use of another terminal unit by said subscriber, wherein said location registration update request comprises: (a) location registered network/means information comprising location registered communication network information which corresponds to one of said plurality of communication networks with which said subscriber terminal is registered and terminal type information of said subscriber terminal unit ; (b) call in address information comprising a telephone number used for providing a service to said subscriber terminal unit in a relevant local network; (c) order designation information for designating the priority of reference information that the first home database refers to so as to track the location of said subscriber terminal unit; and (d) tracking control information for designating a tracking method performed based on said location registered network/means information and said call in address information; wherein said first home database (7; 37) comprises: a mobility managing portion (17) for managing a plurality of tracking information blocks and time information as mobility management information, for updating priority data and internal information of each of said tracking information blocks based on said location registered network/means information, said call in address information, said order designation information, and said tracking control information included in the received location registration update request, for updating said mobility management information upon the reception of the mobility management information change request including information for changing said mobility management information generated corresponding to the schedule of said subscriber, said mobility management information change request being input by said subscriber and sent from said subscriber terminal unit through said communication networks, and for controlling the call in by tracking the location of said subscriber terminal unit corresponding to the information of said tracking information blocks upon occurrence of a call to said subscriber, each of said tracking information blocks including said location registered network/means information, said call in address information, said order designation information referenced when the location of said subscriber terminal unit is tracked, and said tracking control information for each subscriber terminal unit, and the time information corresponding to a time zone in which said subscriber uses said subscriber terminal unit; and a call out controlling portion (18) for controlling the connection of a call in corresponding to said mobility management information.
