Prothesenteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamtzahl der Verankerungs­ pfeiler (30), deren Länge, Querschnittsform und Quer­ schnittsabmessung, die Anzahl der jeweils auf den Veranke­ rungspfeilern (30) angeordneten Verankerungsbunde (32), deren Form und Abmessungen so gewählt sind, daß die lokalen Belastungen in der an das Prothesenteil herangewachsenen Spongiosa bei kurzfristigen Arbeitsbelastungen etwa 120% bis etwa 140% der Druckfließgrenze der Spongiosa erreichen, während die lokalen Belastungen der Spongiosa bei Langzeitbelastung bei etwa 60% bis etwa 80% der Druckfließgrenze bleiben.
