Laserprojektion

Im Rahmen des Projektes OMEGROS wurden optische Vermessungsverfahren und anlagen zur 3D-Vermessung rotwarmer Schmiedestücke unter Fertigungsbedingungen und unter Verwendung prozessangepasster bildgebender Sensorik geschaffen, die sowohl die erforderlichen Genauigkeiten als auch die spektralen Eigenheiten der Objekte berücksichtigt. Die entwickelten Ver-fahren sind in der Lage die notwendigen 3D-Informationen abzuleiten und mit 2D-Thermobildern zur Beschreibung des Ob-jektzustandes zu fusionieren. Die Verfahren nutzen sowohl die durch die Objekte vorhandene Strahlung wie auch die in die Szene eingetragene und im Vorhaben entwickelte steuerbare Laserprojektion zur Formerfassung. Für die Kalibrierung des Ver-messungssystems wurden spezielle Kalibrierverfahren und -körper erstellt.
