ich wurde von Herrn Wöhner vom Transfer Pricing darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der Anteil der US-amerikanischen Entwicklungsergebnisse an der 8000H ca. 25% Prozent beträgt. Es ist daher möglich, dass die SAG unter dem bestehenden Lizenzvertrag mit der SEI auch für solche Turbinen Lizenzgebühren zahlen muss, die von einem Dritten (hier SEPG) unter Lizenz gefertigt werden. Das müssten wir u.U. in die SEPG-Lizenz einpreisen. Eine genaue Prüfung des bestehenden Lizenzvertrages folgt.
