In den Schlussfolgerungen des Rates wird- quasi am Rande- erwähnt, dass der Euro in weniger als 300 Tagen in Form von Papier- und Münzgeld in Umlauf gebracht wird, aber wir erfahren nichts über die organisatorischen Reformen, die ihn aus seiner derzeitigen Schwäche auf den Währungsmärkten herausholen könnten.
