4. Sollten die Behoerden die auf einem besimmten Datentraeger uebermittelten Informationen ( z. B. Magnetband ) nicht verarbeiten koennen , so sollen diese Informationen schriftlich oder in jeder anderen fuer die Behoerden annehmbaren Form uebermittelt werden .
