Die e-integration GmbH ist ein Management Buy Out und Nachfolgeunternehmen der Deutsche PostCom GmbH und damit als Datendrehscheibe schon seit 1985 in diesem Umfeld.

Je nach Situation werden dabei auch Themen wie Management-Buy-Out (MBO) und Management-Buy-In (MBI) sowie die Aufnahme neuer Gesellschafter bis hin zum sofortigen oder stufenweisen Unternehmensverkauf mitgestaltet.

Die Sachverständigen seien zu folgenden Schlüssen gekommen: "… we conclude that on an overall level the price differential between the scenario of the Management Buy-Out and the scenario of the Liquidation of Domestic Road Transport Activities amounting to € 45,5 million to be fair and reasonable" ("Wir sind zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass alles in allem der Preisunterschied von 45,5 Millionen Euro zwischen dem Szenario Management-Buy-Out und dem der Einstellung der Beförderungsdienste auf der Straße fair und angemessen ist").

The accounting firm concluded as follows: "… we conclude that on an overall level the price differential between the scenario of the Management Buy-Out and the scenario of the Liquidation of Domestic Road Transport Activities amounting to EUR 45,5 million to be fair and reasonable".

Und nicht ohne Erfolgsperspektiven. Zwar ist es nur in wenigen Fällen gelungen, den Betrieb am Standort zu erhalten: bei der Peterswerft im schleswig-holsteinischen Wewelsfleth sogar aus der Insolvenz heraus; bei Bosch-Siemens-Hausgeräte in Berlin, wo allerdings der Abbau rund eines Drittels der Belegschaft und erhebliche Personalkostensenkungen zu einem massiven Konflikt mit einem großen Teil der Belegschaft führte; bei Kaltenbach & Vogt in Leutkirch durch ein Management buy out und bei Drauz Nothelfer durch Verkauf der Ravensburger Produktionsstätte und beim Automobilzulieferer Lear im hessischen Gustavsburg, dessen Verlagerung ins polnische Tychy zumindest bis 2012 verhindert werden konnte – um einige Beispiele zu nennen.
