Results higher than 1 % (m/m) show that rennet whey solids are present.

Macht dieses Pulver mehr als insgesamt 1 % (Massenanteil) aus oder ist die Probe zerreibbar, so ist die gesamte Probe vor dem Versuch zu einem Pulver zu mahlen, um eine Zerkleinerung der Teilchen (durch Abrieb) bei Lagerung und Handhabung zu berücksichtigen; andernfalls ist die Substanz im Anlieferungszustand zu verwenden.

If the powder constitutes more than 1 % w/w of the total, or if the sample is friable, then the whole of the substance should be ground to a powder before testing to allow for a reduction in particle size during storage and handling; otherwise the substance is to be tested as received.
