Um ein hochpräzises bolzenförmiges Element (14), insbesondere Auswerferstift, Schneidstempel, Vorstaucher, Fließpressstempel, Stempel oder Ritzwellen in einfacher Weise herzustellen, ist ein Warmumformverfahren mit Hilfe einer Hammermaschine vorgesehen, bei dem ein Stempel (6) mit einer hohen Stempelgeschwindigkeit von etwa 6000 mm pro Sekunde gegen einen in einer Matrize (8) angeordneten und umzuformenden Metallstift (12) verfahren wird.

The method is a heat deformation process using a swaging machine by which a stamp (6) with a high stamping speed of around 6000 mm per second is moved against a metal pin (12) situated in and shaped by a bottom die (8).

In jedem der Löcher (6) befindet sich ein Metallstift (8), der in seinem oberen Teil in das Kontaktplättchen (7) eingepresst ist und mit diesem dadurch eine kraftschlüssige und elektrisch leitende Kaltschweissstelle bildet.
