Mikrocomputer bzw. PCs mit eingebauten Speicherplatten (oder anderen nichtfluechtigen Datenträgern), die als Einzelrechner oder in einem Netz betrieben werden, sowie tragbare Computer (z. B. tragbare PCs und Notebook-Computer) mit eingebauten Festplatten werden im selben Sinne wie Disketten oder andere austauschbare elektronische Datenträger als Speichermedium für Informationen eingestuft.
