B. subtilis, B. circulans und Xanthobacter , z.B. X . autotrophicus, stammt.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Stämmen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einen Mikroorganismenstamm mit dereguliertem Tryptophanstoffwechsel ein feedbackresistentes serA-Allel eingebracht wird.
