Heute spreche ich als Mitverfasser des Entschließungsantrags, da ich im Auftrag dieses Parlaments als offizieller Beobachter der am 6. November stattfindenden Wahlen nach Baku reisen werde.

Finally, we welcome the decision by the Azeri authorities to introduce systems such as finger-inking that could dramatically reduce the possibility of multiple voting, although this came very late.

Abschließend möchte ich noch hinzufügen, dass ich nicht Mitverfasser des Änderungsantrags 35 bin, wie es in dem Dokument mit den Änderungsanträgen steht.

In Dänemark existiert schon seit dem neunzehnten Jahrhundert eine sehr gute Tradition lebenslanger Ausbildung, und N. F. S. Grundtvig selbst- der Dichter, Priester und Mitverfasser des dänischen Grundgesetzes- ist einer der Begründer der dänischen Volkshochschulbewegung. Diese Bewegung hat einfachen Menschen eine Ausbildung ermöglicht, zu einer Zeit, als dies nicht üblich war.

In Denmark, we have had a distinguished tradition of lifelong learning since the nineteenth century, and it is precisely the poet, priest and co-author of the Danish constitution, N. F. S. Grundtvig, who stands out as one of the founders of the entire folk high school movement in Denmark, a movement which helped educate ordinary people at a time when this was unusual.
