Sehr störend während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Bewohner im Nachbarhaus. Wir haben viele Nächte nicht schlafen können wegen lauten Aktionen. Wir hatten zunächst sehr freundlich um Ruhe geben, später auch mit Nachdruck, aber ohne Erfolg. Traurig, aber mit dieser Nachbarschaft hat „Thekla Court“ für uns viel verloren. Wir können daher das Haus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

The people in the neighbourhood were very disturbing during our stay. We have can not sleep many nights because of loud actions. We were initially very friendly quiet type, later also emphatically, but to no avail. Sorry, but with this neighborhood has lost much "Thekla Court" for us. We can not recommend unfortunately therefore the House.

Die niedrigste Stelle (Wand) in den Kinderzimmern ist 1,00 m hoch. Eine Erhöhung auf 1,50 m kann nur erreicht werden, in dem die Wand verschoben wird in Richtung Dachmitte. Dadurch werden die Kinderzimmer kleiner. Eine Erhöhung des Daches ist wegen Ihrem Nachbarhaus nicht möglich. Doppelhaushälften können keine unterschiedlich hohen Dächer haben.

The lowest point (wall) in the children's room is 1.00 m high. An increase to 1.50 m can only be achieved, in which the wall is moved in the direction of center of the roof. As a result the children are small. An increase of the roof is because of your neighbor's house is not possible. Semi-detached houses can not have different levels of roofs.
