Der Erweiterungszug ist kein Höchstgeschwindigkeitszug, kein TGV, kein Eurostar; es handelt sich um einen ganz normalen Zug und in einigen Fällen sogar nur um einen Nahverkehrszug, doch viel wichtiger ist, dass dieser Zug fährt, dass er vorankommt und Veränderungen in den Ländern bewirkt, die sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Europäischen Union befinden.
