Und wir beobachten mit Erstaunen, Herr Präsident, wie ausgerechnet zu jener Stunde, da die britische Regierung vom Mehrheitswahlrecht Abstand nimmt, politische Kräfte auf dem europäischen Kontinent, die sich bis dahin nicht gerade durch ihre Verehrung Großbritanniens ausgezeichnet haben, für jenes System eintreten- und das aber nun wirklich mit großer Verspätung und mit welch nekrophiler Nostalgie!-, von dem sich die Briten befreit haben.
