Dieses Paket hat Sie seitdem nicht mehr deaktiviert. Da die Kundin mit Ihrem Mann die meiste Zeit im Ausland wohnt, hat sie ihre Rechnung auch nicht überprüft. Die Kundin war sehr verärgert darüber, dass man ihr gleich das hohe Internet Paket aufgebucht hat, obwohl es ja noch das Internet Paket für 10 € gibt.
