Aufgabe des Schlüsseldepots: a) Während der dienstfreien Zeit, wie auch während der Dienstzeit, je nach Anforderung, müssen Panzerschrank- oder Tresortürschlüssel in einem Behältnis aufbewahrt werden, welches weder von einer Zahlenkombination, noch von einem Schlüssel abhängig ist. b) Die feste Dienstzeitprogrammierung der Sperrzeiteinrichtung, die Zwangsläufigkeit der Schlüsseldeponie, die Schlüsselidentifikation, die Türschließung zum Schlüsselaufbewahrungsraum, die Depottürschließung, die Riegelwerksteuerung und der Riegelwerksantrieb kann von Personen weder beeinflußt, noch manipuliert, noch sabotiert werden. c) Während der Verschlußzeit des Depots ist selbst für den streng vertrauten Personenkreis ein Zugriff zu den Panzerschrankoder Tresortürschlüsseln nicht mehr möglich.
