"Hořické trubičky" (Höritzer Röllchen) sind Waffelröllchen von 5-19 cm Länge und 10-20 mm innerem Durchmesser, hergestellt aus 0,9-1,2 mm dicken Waffeln; die hellbeigen, knusprigen Waffelröllchen haben den Geruch und den Geschmack von Waffeln und eine glatte, leicht poröse Oberfläche. Sie werden aus folgenden Rohwaren hergestellt: Roggenfeinmehl, Milchpulver, Pflanzenöl, Eigelbpulver, Zucker und Wasser.
