Sehen Sie, Herr Kommissar, wenn von der Notwendigkeit des Bemühens um ein Gleichgewicht die Rede ist, stimme ich gerne zu, sofern anerkannt wird, dass heute kein Gleichgewicht besteht, dass heutzutage in Europa die so genannten freien Berufe in Wahrheit auf abgeschotteten Innungen beruhen, die ein kollektives Monopol ausüben, indem sie Pfründe verteidigen und jungen Menschen, die diese Berufe ergreifen wollen, Steine in den Weg legen.
