Der Prozess zur Analyse von Feldschadensteilen ist durchgängig in der Organisation implementiert und beschrieben. Kundenspezifische Anforderungen sind abgestimmt. Für Standard- und Belastungsprüfung ist eine Prüfplanung durchzuführen. Für den NTF-Prozess (No Trouble Found) sind Auslösekriterien mit dem Kunden zu vereinbaren. Die Prüfmerkmale sind in einer Prüfspezifikation zu dokumentieren und mit dem Kunden abzustimmen. Fähige Prüfmittel und die dazugehörigen Ressourcen müssen eingeplant sein.
