Die Projektabwicklung erfolgt entsprechend den übergeordneten Festlegungen dieses PRQPs und wird durch den mit dem jeweiligen IMEX-Projektleiter und dem jeweiligen projektverantwortlichen Quality-Manager abgestimmten und genehmigten Projekt Qualitätsplan (PQP) präzisiert.
