Der Auftragnehmer liefert dem Auftraggeber auf Grundlage dieser Vereinbarung den sog. PLC/SPS-Quellcode für die o.g. Maschine nebst Dokumentation des zum Lieferzeitpunkt gültigen Software-standes.

The Contractor shall supply to the client on the basis of that agreement called PLC / PLC source code for the above machine plus documentation of the time of delivery software version.

Alle sonstigen Rechte an dem PLC/SPS-Quellcode einschließlich seiner Dokumentationen und Kopien bleiben beim Auftraggeber. Die Vergabe von Unterlizenzen ist nicht zulässig.

All other rights to the PLC / PLC source code, including its documentation and copies remain with the client. The sublicense is not allowed.
