Das Rahmenabkommen ist ein verfassungsrechtlicher Beleg für den Grundsatz der kulturellen Vielfalt.

In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich auf die im Rahmenabkommen des European Committee for Banking Standards vereinbarten Normen verweisen, die ich für besonders wichtig halte.
