Im Bereich der Gewalt durch Jugendliche darf es nicht sein, dass Jugendliche sich bewaffnen können, Körperverletzung und Schlimmeres begehen und unter den jungen Menschen Partydrogen und andere Rauschmittel kursieren. Wir brauchen daher eine Schulung unseres Lehrpersonals, um Gewalt, Diebstähle, Vandalismus und Rauschgifthandel zu verhindern.

In view of the violence committed by young people, it is intolerable that young people should be allowed to carry weapons, that they should use them to inflict wounds and worse, and that party drugs and other intoxicants should circulate among them; our teachers therefore need to be trained in the prevention of violence, theft, vandalism and drug-dealing.

Es sprechen deutsche Gerichte, es spricht die Europäische Beobachtungsstelle für den Rauschgifthandel, und es sprechen auch einige Verantwortungsträger, doch die Europäische Union ist inexistent.
