Da diese Steillage in einem geologischen Kessel liegt, staut sich im Herbst der Nebel, sodass der Rebstock über das Blatt zusätzlich Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen kann, was wiederum zu einer enormen, wunderschönen Aromaentwicklung im Wein führt.

Because this steep location is situated in a geological basin, the fog accumulates in the autumn, so that the vine can absorb additional moisture on the leaf, which in turn leads to a rich, wonderful flavor development in the wine.
