Nach Artikel 6 (3) RL 1999/45/EG entfällt eine Einstufung des Zements mit R43, da bei konventioneller Beurteilung die sensibilisierende Wirkung des Zements auf Grund von antagonistischen Wirkungen (Chrom(VI) und Reduktionsmittel) überschätzt würde.
