Verlauf: Nach üblicher präoperativer Vorbereitung konnte oben genannter Eingriff unter kontinuierlicher Thromboembolieprophylaxe und single-shot-Antibiotikumprophylaxe störungsfrei durchgeführt werden. Postoperativ gelang die frühfunktionelle Nachbehandlung und problemlose Mobilisation unter physiotherapeutischer Anleitung. Im Rahmen der regelmäßigen klinischen Kontrollen zeigten sich reizlose Wundverhältnisse. Das Klammermaterial konnte zeitgerecht entfernt werden. Die Entlassung erfolgte in gutem Allgemeinzustand mit reizlosen Wundverhältnissen und peripher intakter Durchblutung, Motorik und Sensibilität. Auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Patienten und seiner Familie befindet sich Herr Shahab weiterhin zur intensivierten Physiotherapie und Rekonvaleszenz in unserer stationären Behandlung.
