Bei diesem Haushalt, bei diesem Schachspiel, hat das Europäische Parlament anläßlich der ersten Lesung seine wichtigsten Figuren dem Rat geopfert, und jetzt, anläßlich der zweiten Lesung, sehen wir uns ohne Dame, Türme, Pferdchen und Läufer einem Rat gegenüber, der sich per Rochade hinter Haushaltdisziplin und-sparsamkeit verschanzt hat, ohne eine einzige Figur verloren zu haben.
