Er beweist in der Debatte über das Impfen offenkundig eine weitaus größere Autorität und Überzeugung als der derzeitige Inhaber dieses Amtes, Professor David King. Dieser sagte erst heute morgen in einer Rundfunksendung, wir könnten nicht sicher sein, dass eine Impfung irgend etwas gebracht hätte.

He certainly seems to bring to the debate on vaccination an authority and conviction which far exceeds that of the current holder of the office, Professor David King, who only this morning in a radio broadcast said we could not be certain that vaccination would have done any good.

( 7 ) Behindert ist die freie Rundfunksendung von Programmen im weiteren durch die augenblickliche Rechtsunsicherheit , ob die Sendung ueber Satelliten , deren Signale direkt empfangen werden koennen , nur die Rechte im Ausstrahlungsland oder aber kumulativ zugleich die Rechte in allen Empfangslaendern beruehrt . Aufgrund der urheberrechtlichen Gleichbehandlung von Fernmelde- und von Direktsatelliten betrifft diese Rechtsunsicherheit jetzt nahezu alle in der Gemeinschaft ueber Satelliten verbreiteten Programme .

( 7 ) Whereas the free broadcasting of programmes is further impeded by the current legal uncertainty over whether broadcastsing by a satellite whose signals can be received directly affects the rights in the country of transmission only or in all countries of reception together ; whereas , since communications satellites and direct satellites are treated alike for copyright purposes , this legal uncertainty now affects almost all programmes broadcast in the Community by satellite ;
