Yohimbe ist das einzige von der WHO anerkannte Aphrodisiakum. Coryanthe Yohimbe ist der botanische Name für einen Baum der in West-Afrika, aber auch im tropischen Südamerika wächst. Seit Jahrhunderten wird eine Zubereitung aus der Rinde des Baumes verwendet, um die Sexualität von Männern und Frauen zu erhöhen. Sie wird auch der traditionell angewendet bei alten sexuell-ekstatischen Stammesritualen, die bis zu 14 Tage lang dauerten.

Yohimbe is the only aphrodisiac recognized by the WHO. Coryanthe Yohimbe is the botanical name for a tree which grows in West Africa, but also in tropical South America. For centuries, a preparation from the bark of the tree is used to increase the sexuality of men and women. It is used traditionally also at old sexually ecstatic tribal rituals, which persisted for up to 14 days.
