Die Blattgrösse der Markenwiedergabe darf nicht grösser als Format DIN A 4 (29,7 cm Höhe, 21 cm Breite) und die für die Wiedergabe benutzte Fläche (Satzspiegel) nicht grösser als 26,2 cm x 17 cm sein.

The sheet on which the mark is reproduced shall not exceed DIN A4 size (29,7 cm high, 21 cm wide) and the space used for the reproduction (type-area) shall not be larger than 26,2 cm × 17 cm.

( 2 ) In allen anderen als den in Absatz 1 genannten Faellen ist , getrennt vom Textblatt der Anmeldung , die Marke auf einem besonderen Blatt wiederzugeben . Die Blattgroesse der Markenwiedergabe darf nicht groesser als Format DIN A 4 ( 29,7 cm Hoehe , 21 cm Breite ) und die fuer die Wiedergabe benutzte Flaeche ( Satzspiegel ) nicht groesser als 26,2 cm x 17 cm sein . Vom linken Seitenrand ist ein Randabstand von mindestens 2,5 cm einzuhalten . Die richtige Stellung der Marke ist durch Hinzufuegen des Wortes _DOUBLEQUOTE_ oben _DOUBLEQUOTE_ auf jeder Wiedergabe anzugeben , soweit sich diese nicht von selbst ergibt . Die Wiedergabe der Marke muss von einer Qualitaet sein , die die Verkleinerung oder Vergroesserung auf das Format fuer die Veroeffentlichung im Blatt fuer Gemeinschaftsmarken von hoechstens 8 cm in der Breite und 16 cm in der Hoehe zulaesst . Ausserdem sind auf diesem besonderen Blatt Name und Anschrift des Anmelders anzugeben . Dieses besondere Blatt mit der Wiedergabe ist vierfach einzureichen .

( 2 ) In cases other than those referred to in paragraph 1 , the mark shall be reproduced on a sheet of paper separate from the sheet on which the text of the application appears . The sheet on which the mark is reproduced shall not exceed DIN A4 size ( 29,7 cm high , 21 cm wide ) and the space used for the reproduction ( type-area ) shall not be larger than 26,2 cm × 17 cm . A margin of at least 2,5 cm shall be left on the left-hand side . Where it is not obvious , the correct position of the mark shall be indicated by adding the word 'top ' to each reproduction . The reproduction of the mark shall be of such quality as to enable it to be reduced or enlarged to a size not more than 8 cm wide by 16 cm high for publication in the Community Trade Mark Bulletin . The separate sheet shall also indicate the name and address of the applicant . Four copies of the separate sheet carrying the reproduction shall be filed .
