Pommes-Frites-Ausgabeautomat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlkammer-Dosiervorrichtung (1) für vorgeschnittene Pommes frites eine Dosier-Versorgungs-Schubfördervorrichtung (1.1) mit Motorantrieb einschließt, die drei unterschiedliche Positionen, nämlich Aufnahme-, Warte- und Abgabeposition, vorsieht, angeordnet auf einem von einem Trichter (1.3) gespeisten Dosierwaagensatz (1.2), ausgestattet mit einem motorbetriebenen Getriebe und einer Schneckenschraube (1.4) und einem Niedrigtemperatur-Absperrschieber, der mit Pommes frites aus einem auf Führungen ruhenden Vorratsbehälter (1.5) gespeist wird, die dessen Wiederauffüllung erleichtern, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördervorrichtung (1.1) die Kartoffelchips, sobald der Trichter von Hand mit diesen befüllt wurde, zur Friteuse transportiert, wobei sie die zwei an dem Trichter bzw. der Friteuse angebrachten Temperaturabsperrschieber passiert; wobei die gesamte Gruppe innen in der Kühlkammer (1) eingebaut und durch deren Vordertür zugänglich ist; außerdem umfaßt sie federbelastete Absperrmittel, die die Verbindung zwischen der Fördervorrichtung (1.1) und der Dosiervorrichtung (1) und Kühlgruppe und der Friteuse (2) bilden; wobei das Schneckengewinde (1.4) unter dem Trichter (1.3) liegt, um so den Durchlauf des Produkts zu regulieren und es auf den Wiegeteller (1.6) der mit manuellem Portionsgröße regulierendem Gegengewicht (1.7) ausgestatteten Römerwaagen (1.2) fallen zu lassen; Wiegeteller, auf dem sich mittels des Getriebes mit Motorantrieb die Fördervorrichtung (1.1) bewegt, die an ihren Ober- und Unterseiten offen ist, als transversal geschlossenes "U" geformt ist, und die überstehende Schenkel (1.1') mit Vorsprüngen (1.1") besitzt, die drei Mikroschalter (1.9) berühren, die das Getriebe (1.8) mit Motorantrieb in Gang bringen und die Verschiebung der die Kartoffelchipportion enthaltenden Fördervorrichtung (1.1), geführt durch ein "U"-förmiges Profil mit gekrümmten Schenkeln, herbeiführen von ihrer Aufnahmeposition nahe einem Oberteil (1.11) und konsekutiv bis zur gegenüberliegenden Abgabeposition, wo die Versorgungsöffnung (1.12) der Friteuse (2) aufgestoßen wird und die Pommes frites durch die Öffnung in der "U"-förmigen Führung (1.10) der Fördervorrichtung (1.1) fallen gelassen werden, und sie sich schließlich weiter in eine zwischenzeitliche Ruheposition bewegt, wo sie bis zur Durchführung eines erneuten Betriebs verbleibt.

French fries dispensing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the fridge - previously cut French fries doser (1) incorporates a motor driven sliding dosage supply trolley (1.1) featuring three different positions, namely loading, waiting and unloading, arranged upon a set of dosing scales (1.2) fed from a hopper (1.3) fitted with a motor driven gearbox and worm screw (1.4) and lower heat insulating gate, that receives the French fries from a storage tank (1.5) resting upon guides that make it easier to refill it, and that, once the hopper has been manually supplied with potato chips, the trolley (1.1) takes them to the frier (2), going through the two heat insulating gates fitted to the hopper and frier respectively; all of this assembly being incorporated inside the cold store (1) and being accessible through its frontal door; it does also incorporate spring loaded closing means that constitute the connection between the trolley (1.1) and the doser (1) +cooling assembly and the frier (2); the worm thread being (1.4) located below the hopper (1.3) so as to regulate the passage of the product and make it fall on the weighing plate (1.6) of the Roman scales (1.2) fitted with manual portion size regulating counterweight (1.7); weighing plate upon which travels, through the action of the motor driven gearbox (1.8), the trolley (1.1), which is open at its upper and lower sides, is shaped as a transversally closed "U" and which has protruding wings (1.1') fitted with projections (1.1") that contact three microswitches (1.9) that actuate the motor driven gearbox (1.8) and cause the displacement of the trolley (1.1) containing the potato chip portion, guided by a "U" shaped profile with elbowed wings, from its loading position, near a top (1.11) and consecutively to the opposite unloading position, pushing open the frier (2) supply gate (1.12) and letting the fries drop through the opening practised into the "U" shaped guide (1.10) of the trolley (1.1) and finally passing on to an intermediate resting position, where it stays until a new service is to be performed.
