Wenn das geschehen ist, kann Israel gegebenenfalls eine Schutzmauer entlang der Demarkationslinie errichten, aber dann wird es kaum noch notwendig sein, weil dann die palästinensische Selbstverwaltung die Voraussetzung hätte, allen Selbstmordaktionen selbst effektiv einen Riegel vorzuschieben.
