Unausgewogen bezeichnet den olfaktorisch-gustatorischen und taktilen Sinneseindruck bei einem Öl, in dem der Median des Attributs bitter und/oder der des Attributs scharf um zwei Punkte größer ist als der Median des Attributs fruchtig.
