Diese Sozialleistung dient dazu, behinderte und arbeitslose Personen den Einstieg in das Berufsleben zu erleichtern und den Unternehmen einen Anreiz zu geben, diese Personen einzustellen. Ziel ist es die Personen für den ersten Arbeitsmarkt attraktiv zu machen.

This allowance is disabled and unemployed people to help you get started in the world of work and to give the companies an incentive, to stop these people. Goal is to make attractive people for the primary labour market.

I see major drawbacks in the allowance for me

Wenn also Geld für Hunde und Katzen vorhanden ist, muß es auch für gebärende Frauen vorhanden sein, die zwar nicht krank sind, jedoch Anspruch auf eine volle Sozialleistung haben.

If there is enough money to spend on dogs and cats, there ought to be enough for women on maternity leave, who are not ill but people who have the right to a full allowance.
