Device and method for embossing gas bottles

Verfahren zur Herstellung von nahtlosen korrosionsbeständigen Gasflaschen aus Stahl, die bei ihrer weiteren Verwendung mit hochreinen und/oder korrosiven Gasen und/oder Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt treten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Vormaterial jeweils eine weichgeglühte Ronde aus einem warmgewalzten Blech eingesetzt wird, wobei das Blech folgende Legierungszusammensetzung (Gew.-%) aufweist: wobei die Summe aus C und N auf max. 0,07 % und die Summe aus V und Ti auf max. 0,07 % begrenzt ist; daß die Ronde durch Tiefziehen zu einer Flaschenhülse umgeformt wird, daß dann nach einer Erwärmung bei einer Temperatur von 1150 bis 1250 °C durch Rollen ein Flaschenhals angeformt wird, daß danach eine Vergütungsbehandlung durchgeführt wird und daß die Stahlflasche abschließend innen und außen entzundert wird.

A method of producing seamless, corrosion-resistant gas cylinders of steel, which, upon subsequent use, come into contact with high-purity and/or corrosive gases and/or liquids, characterised in that a soft-annealed circular blank made from a hot-rolled sheet is used as input material, the sheet having the following alloy composition (wt.%): the sum of C and N being limited to a maximum of 0.07 % and the sum of V and Ti being limited to a maximum of 0.07 %; in that the circular blank is shaped by deep-drawing to form a cylinder shell, in that a cylinder neck is then formed by rolling after heating at a temperature of 1150 to 1250 °C, in that a hardening and tempering treatment is then performed and in that the steel cylinder is subsequently de-scaled internally and externally.

Zum Aufheizen wird Propangas verwendet, das aus einer handelsüblichen Stahlflasche mit Druckminderer (60 bis 70 mbar) entnommen und über einen Durchflussmesser und einen Verteiler gleichmäßig vier Brennern zugeführt wird (was durch Beobachtung der Flammen der einzelnen Brenner festgestellt werden kann).
