Die schnellen und ambitionierten Läufer stellen sich bei der Startaufstellung ins erste Drittel, die halbwegs schnellen Läufer ins zweite Drittel und alle, die einfach ankommen wollen, ins hintere Feld bei der Startaufstellung.

The quick and ambitious runners are listed among the best in the starting lineup in the first third, the reasonably fast runners in the second third and those who simply want to participate, are placed behind in the starting lineup.

Wir werden jedoch die Startaufstellung vorne verengen, so dass nur wenige Läufer gleichzeitig loslaufen können.
