Ist das Fahrzeug für stehende Fahrgäste oder nicht sitzendes Fahrpersonal bestimmt, wird der Schwerpunkt der die Personen repräsentierenden Lasten Q oder 75 kg in einer Höhe von 875 mm gleichmäßig auf den Stehplatz- bzw. Fahrpersonalbereich verteilt. Ist das Fahrzeug zur Beförderung von Gepäck auf dem Dach ausgerüstet, so wird eine gleichmäßig verteilte Masse (BX) von mindestens der vom Hersteller gemäß Anhang I Abschnitt 7.4.3.3.1 der Richtlinie 97/27/EG angegebenen Masse, die dieses Gepäck repräsentiert, auf dem Dach befestigt.

If the vehicle is intended for standees or with a crew member who is not seated, the centre of gravity of the loads Q or 75 kg representing them, shall be uniformly distributed over the standee or crew area respectively, at a height of 875 mm. Where a vehicle is equipped to carry luggage on the roof, a uniformly distributed mass (BX) of not less than that declared by the manufacturer in accordance with paragraph 7.4.3.3.1 of Annex I to 97/27/EC representing such baggage shall be secured to the roof.
