Stornobetrag

Ich habe in Erfahrung gebracht,dass die Zahlung nicht weiter geleitet wurde. Obwohl von uns aus ist es am 14.08.2012 der Stornobetrag getätigt worden. Ich habe bei Amazon fr. reklamiert und wurde mir gesagt , dass in den nächsten Tagen auf Ihr Konto eingezahlt wird .
