Aufgrund meiner Führungsverantwortung und meiner Loyalität zur Geschäftsleitung des Unternehmens erklärte ich mich auch sofort bereit, die Aufgaben und Fuktionen des Kollegen solange kommisarisch solange zu übernehmen, bis daß ein Nachfolger bzw. eine Nachfolgeregelung (z. B. durch Umorganisation) gefunden ist. Aber eine dauerhafte Übernahme der Position und der Funktion des Produktionsleiters wurde von mir aber von Anfang an abgelehnt. Die Gründe dafür waren die schon hohe Arbeitsbelastung als Prozeßingenieur und meine (aus meiner Sicht) nicht optimalen persönlichen Voraussetzungen für diese Funktion / Position wie z. B. Führungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent, etc. .
