Die Parteien verpflichten sich zur Einhaltung der Statuten, Reglemente, Weisungen und Entscheide der zuständigen Organe der FIFA, der Konföderationen und der betreffenden Verbände, sowie öffentlich-rechtlicher Vorschriften bezüglich der Arbeitsvermittlung und anderer Gesetze, die auf dem Gebiet des Verbands gelten, wie auch zur Einhaltung internationalen Rechts und einschlägiger Übereinkommen.

The parties agree to comply with the statutes, regulations, directives and decisions of the competent bodies of FIFA, the confederations and the associations concerned, as well as public law rules relating to employment and other laws applicable in the territory of the Federation, as well as to compliance with international law and relevant conventions.
