Vergröberung

Darüber hinaus folgt aus den in Tabellen 5, 6, und 7 vorliegenden Daten, daß der Energieaufwand für das Ermahlen des Rohmehls mit Senkung des Kornfraktionenverhältnisses beider Rohmehlbestandteile noch erheblich verringert wird. Im Gegensatz zu allen bisherigen Vorstellungen kann also sehr wohl gröberes Rohmehl gut gesintert und granuliert werden, wenn entsprechende Voraussetzungen dazu geschaffen werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird dabei vorgeschlagen, daß bei einem Zementherstellungsverfahren unter einer dynamischen Sinterung des Rohmehls, d.h. einer mechanischen Beanspruchung während thermischer Behandlung des Rohmehls im drehenden Ofen, und beiden genannten Kornfraktionenverhältnissen Korngrößenfraktion von > 80 µm der basischen Rohmehlbestandteile die Körner bis 2.000 µm enthält. Die erfindungsgemäß auftretenden Phänomene werden wie folgt erklärt: Durch die Vergröberung des Grobfraktionsanteils der basischen (calcithaltigen) Rohmehlbestandteile bis 2.000 µm wird die Reaktionsoberfläche des basischen Rohmehlbestandteils wesentlich vermindert.
