Mediation Committee agrees on the content of 8 GWB - expected early entry into force

   Nach der Tagesordnung folgt die Aussprache über den Bericht (A5-0139/2004) von Herrn Manders im Namen der Delegation des Europäischen Parlaments im Vermittlungsausschuss über den vom Vermittlungsausschuss gebilligten gemeinsamen Entwurf einer Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über Umwelthaftung zur Vermeidung und Sanierung von Umweltschäden.

   The next item is the debate on the report (A5-0139/2004), by Mr Manders, on behalf of the European Parliament's delegation to the Conciliation Committee, on the joint text approved by the Conciliation Committee of a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage.
