D.h. der Vermieter bzw. Verpächter bleibt sowohl rechtlicher und wirtschaftlicher Eigentümer der Miet- und Pachtobjekte und muss diese in seiner Bilanz ausweisen.

This means that the landlord or lessor remains both legal and beneficial owner of the rental and leased properties and must disclose them in its balance sheet.
