2 . If such illegal traffic is the responsability of the notifier of the waste , the competent authority of dispatch shall ensure that the waste in question is :

d) hat die zuständige Behörde am Versandort in der Gemeinschaft 42 Tage nachdem die Abfälle die Gemeinschaft verlassen haben von der Anlage noch keine Nachricht über den Eingang der Abfälle erhalten, so teilt sie dies unverzüglich der zuständigen Behörde am Bestimmungsort mit; und

(d) if, 42 days after the waste has left the Community, the competent authority of dispatch in the Community has received no information from the facility about receipt of the waste, it shall without delay inform the competent authority of destination; and

e) hat die zuständige Behörde am Versandort in der Gemeinschaft 42 Tage, nachdem die Abfälle die Gemeinschaft verlassen haben, von der Anlage noch keine Nachricht über den Eingang der Abfälle erhalten, so teilt sie dies unverzüglich der zuständigen Behörde am Bestimmungsort mit; und
