Die Anforderungen an das Versuchsgelände sind in DIN EN 1317-1 definiert.

The requirements for the test site are defined in DIN EN 1317-1 .

(2) Unbeschadet von Artikel 88 Absatz 3 der Grundverordnung wird der allgemeine Zugang zum Versuchsgelände für Besucher von den Vorschriften der vorliegenden Verordnung nicht berührt, sofern alle angebauten Sorten kodiert sind, das beauftragte Prüfungsamt geeignete, vom Amt genehmigte Maßnahmen gegen die Entfernung von Material getroffen hat und alle notwendigen Schritte zum Schutz der Rechte des Antragstellers oder des Sortenschutzinhabers unternommen worden sind.

Without prejudice to Article 88(3) of the basic Regulation, general access to the test plots by visitors shall not be affected by the provisions of this Regulation, provided that all grown varieties are coded, that appropriate measures against any removal of material are taken by the Examination Office entrusted and are approved by the Office, and that all necessary steps are taken to safeguard the rights of the applicant for, or holder of, a Community plant variety right.
