2. Die Geschäftsidee und das Produkt Die Firma QuantumMedis Est. ist alleiniger Inhaber der Produktions- und Vertriebsrechte des eingetragenen Medizinproduktes Klasse IIb ActiMaris®. Die Zertifizierung wurde durchgeführt von der LGA InterCert Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH, Nürnberg. Die Zerti- fikate entsprechen der EG – Richtlinie 93/42/EWG Anhang II, EN ISO 13485:2003 + AC 2007, EN ISO 9001:2008 90/385/EWG Klasse IIb. Die Produkteigenschaften des ActiMaris® setzen neue Standards auf diversen Gebieten der Medizin betreffend der Wirksamkeit, Anwenderfreundlichkeit und Patienten-verträglichkeit. Es handelt sich um eine grundlegend neue Medizintechnologie. Gegenwärtig besteht die Produktpalette aus:
